Just so you all are aware the memo that was described previously in this post is incorrect, while Sprint acknowledges this is a known issue with this device, it goes on to say that they will not be replacing them for this issue, and that this device meets "industry standards" for durability.
I am simply posting this to let you guys know not to expect a swap out for this issue at every location. I will say that most members of management will more than likely take care of this issue outside of the 30 day exchange period as it is the right thing to do, (they will ALWAYS take care of this once during the exchange period).
