I don't think a Razr's cord, which plugs into a PC's USB port, has any kind of current rating for itself. A 5-pin Razr cord, or an 11-pin HTC cord, will be able to draw equally as much current as the PC's USB port will allow.

Also, a plug-in AC adapter does indeed have a max current rating, but that doesn't mean the device actually draws that much current continusously.

If I can re-use my existing USB cords and chargers, well, that is like free.
