Getting a nice tactile feel.

[I can't believe I'm saying this, but] Try a pressurized duster... maybe by random chance you got something small enough below the key that is interfering with the feel. And even more randomly would be if it comes out when you use the duster.

It's a long shot, but worth a try nonetheless.
