Re: Couple of things on my wishlist in terms of tweaks...
1. Search the forum for AEButtonPlus ... that should let you tweak the hardware buttons to your liking.

2. Start > Settings > Power ... should be able to adjust the delays to your liking.

3. Yeah, that would be awesome. Check the upgrades subforum for news on that.
