well you could possibly get another battery, i have 3 that i got for my sprint htc diamond, all you have to do is go to file explorer and select everything in the windows folder and delete it, some stuff wont delete but what u will delete is some of the importants stuff like your iota settings and they will replace the phone and give u doubles of everything: hope this helped
