Hears what you do to get another rom on there and fix this.

Put the last rom that worked on the sd card in your phone, and make sure you name it RAPHIMG.nbh

-now put the sd card back into your phone after you added the ROM to the card.
Now hold down the botton volume button and power button at the same time, and press the reset button found on the button of your phone, but do not release any of these buttons until your phone turns on and goes to a white screen.

Now it should say some directions on the white screen, just press the power button once, and the flashing should start.
once complete it will tell you its complete and if it was a success if yes then just hit the reset button on the bottom of your phone, and that should be it
