Then would you still be in business? They want to retain cause we have been with them for a long time. Lets do the math...3 lines at 30 each that is 90.00 a month then times that by 12 that is 1080 a year. So if you were going to get 1080 a year that you knew were to be true and you said see ya....that would be less 1080 you would have. So it's better to keep any account then no account. It's a simple business ethic. Make the customer happy...they will continue for a long time. Me...I am staying with sprint with my granfathered plan.
