TAKE YOUR TIME IN INSTALLING IT. Patience is a virtue. Never had problems installing as long as I treat where I am installing it like a hospital operating room and take my time.
Keep your hands and the device CLEAN and get everything nice and moist....including your fingertips.
The alcohol and blower are great. I use those!
