The picture you posted was of the SSPL. This is the intermediate step between being locked and unlocked. You will only ever see this picture when you're in the middle of the unlocking process.
The correct pictures are in the thread, right where they're supposed to be.
Juicy and Jug are right, but they missed that your pic says SSPL. Your phone doesn't actually say that if you took the time to look, it says SPL.

Next time read the tutorial more carefully and use the proper picture before posting.
