I think you missed the point about radio power. The maximum that the units radio can will produce is 0.29W
That is the Specification that HTC gave to the FCC. So regardless of any conditions, the Radio is transmitting 0.29W MAXIMUM. My question is: Should it required 2W of battery power to generate that 0.29W of Microwave energy to transmit to the tower?
