I meant the setting in opera to enable auto full screen was not checked. I had to go in and check it to enable this feature. I think it was enabled by default on the stock telus but had the same thing running the new juicy.
It only happened once so maybe a freak thing.
This sucks :P The banner is fine as you can see from the screenshot. Just the annoying white block. The sounds I was referring to the settings: sounds and notifications settings (the events part)

oh the events sounds. yes i will look into setting those as off by default.
also i will look in ot the opera issue. its in the ini. so i assume its easily fixed. also. try setting your background image again it make get rid of that white box.
