How can you rebuild wince.nls?
I have created an oem for CJK support (no input) and would like to know if there is a way to modify wince.nls file. Basically, when I choose one of those CJK languages, the phone number displays in their format. Since I live in US, I would like my phone to display (000) 000-0000 but it is now displaying 0000-0000-0000. I think all those are hard-coded in the wince.nls file but I am not sure. If anyone knows how to modify them, please let me know. Thank you.
