I looked at hibby50 ROM but For My Sprint HTC touch Pro But you say it has Nav removed so thats not good for my needs. Unless Im missing somthing.

You can always add the stuff that you want but is left out of the ROMs that you are considering. Of course there are pros and cons... IMO including other programs in the ROM:
Pro: Everything in one package.
Con: Difficult at best to upgrade a package that is built into the ROM. Also if you decide that you don't want a program you are still stuck with it.

I keep a folder on my SD card with the cab's of all the programs that I use and/or like. Warning.... some larger systems can be a pain to install but those are not normally part of a ROM (i.e. navigation systems).
