On the original Sprint Manual it said volume down, enter button & reset hole. On HTC site there sprint manual says; To perform a hard reset:
1. Turn off the power.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down and Enter keys, and then press the Power key.
3. Release the Power key, but continue pressing the Volume Down and Enter keys until you see the following
message on the screen:
Also no mention of soft reset anymore.
