Amen. I have the Sprint TP and it never uses much more than 50% of the RAM, and when it's approaching 60%, it starts lagging with all the apps. So 192mb should be plenty.

The real issue is whether the power usage/battery is messed up like the Sprint ones (at least many of the early ones I and other have). Heats up so bad, the safety protocols kick in and it stops charging (imagine running dead while it's plugged in!).

I doubt it's significant, but may be the smaller memory helps with the power issues.

The keyboard cut-back is ridiculous. There the Sprint version is great there (love Ctrl-Cut/Copy/Paste, etc).
