All I really want to do is have transparent tabs so that the wallpaper I have on my today screen (the one with the clock) is on every screen (like people and photos.) I've found the modified _manila file, but when I use total commander to try and delete my copy under my windows folder it says it can't. My guess is access rights or something. I've created a backup of my _manila file, and so all I'd like to do is try and copy this new one into the windows directory.

What am I doing wrong?
