I love the cube because you can access it from anywhere so I don't need any of the quick contact buttons on the home.
Also I use the today screen for my TodayAgenda - to get a nice large view of the calendar. This is the main reason I don't use the manilla. If not for this I'd probably use it as well, but I'm big on the PIM functions.

Yes I use audio manager.. My phone is my main MP3 Player(I dont have an iPod or Zune or anything).. I prefer S2P though over Audio Manager because you can shut the backlight off and save battery.
I dont use the cube so I cant really agree there.. I do think its pretty freaking fun to play with but I never found myself using it to much.. I took it out of my ROM's to make the OS run faster.
Calendar isnt to big for me.. I dont have anything in it because I flash my phone so much.. (This is my personal phone..I dont need it for work or anything like that.. So its my media device and just my all around fun time device haha).
But again its just what people use there phone for and what they like.. I hate the stylus so I like finger friendly
