that will bring back ur letters on full keyboard and without the need to restart. once u changed it to zero, just close ur registry and bring keyboard up and click the abc button and ur letters will show again.

this does NOT fix the qwerty or number pad though as those two will show the letter keyboard but will still only type numbers out.
