Maybe you got the Touch Pro Prostitute Edition! Just kidding...

Seriously though, I can't help but read all of the posts on this thread and elsewhere and think that most of the problems come down to three categories:

1. Legitimate hardware issues probably due to a bad production batch (which explains why more Best Buyers are having problems and the Sprint batches were delayed (generally speaking, of course).

2. Unfamiliarity with Windows Mobile and/or TouchFlo3D due in some cases to newness to Windows Mobile and not reading directions/not experimenting with the phone to learn how to properly use it.

3. True PPCGeeks who just complain about all the HTC/Sprint stock stuff and are gonna gripe to gripe until they find the perfect custom ROM.

None of this is meant as a criticism to those three groups, it just means (in my opinion) that people need to either have the phone replaced through Sprint rather than Best Buy, spend more time with it and really learn how to use it, or just get cracking on their own tweaks.

Of course, in some cases a few people just need to step back and realize, "Wait a minute. This is how I use my phone. This phone doesn't meet those needs." Then they need to take it back and swap it out for something that meets their needs rather than moan and groan about it.
