I think i realized what peoples problem is when you tap and hold then scroll it works fine, but when you just to a draging tap and release really quickly it scrolls all the way to the end in the opposite direction then the dragging scroll works

its actually the way I would expect it to work if you picture the program menu as the edge of a wheel. if you drag it in on direction it goes one way but if you hit the wheel in that same motion it spins the opposite direction.
