lol... You sound like a sprint tech...lol... "I don't care if you spent hundreds of dollars for that phone and $igned a 2 year contract, or a cu$tomer for several years...and I don't care if it is advertised to work a certain way...and don't care that it has developed white blotches all over the screen... because hey, it's a phone, you can still make phone calls right?...and besides, that $84 each year you pay for the TEP doesn't actually cover anything but our legal fees...lol..go talk to HTC because it their problem not ours...hehehe"
