Long story very short (i posted this in another thread as well)
Got my mogul about 2.5 months back. Read in forum about the white spots and contacting ecare on possible upgrade to Touch Pro.
Started contacting ecare and taking my phone to local sprint store last week. The store got me a refurb phone, opened it up and it already had white spots. They then talked sprint into sending me a brand new mogul in box, charged my account full price, then credited me all but $1. (No idea why $1, they didn't even ask for my phone in return)
As soon as I got my new mogul I didn't even take it out of the box. I called in to customer service again and plead my case to at least 4 different people until I got connected to advanced something, or maybe it was retentions? Heck I can't remember now, too many calls. Anyway I got hooked up with a totally nice girl who at first said she couldn't do anything, but after talking with her and explaining my situation she said that technically they just sold me a new mogul and I could just return it and pay the difference for the Touch Pro. $32 and I have the tracking number for my touch pro. SWEET deal, thanks sprint you rock!
