Tech support from penpower told me that it was something with the screen size (VGA, pixels, or colors) of the CDMA diamond that made this program not work on our phones. He said that HTC needs to be notified so that penpower can write the correct code so that our screen is supported. Hopefully, as mentioned above, someone has already done this.
