i actually had an accident on my vogue a couple days ago that warranted a need for a replacement phone.

honestly it really depends on who you talk to and what they have in stock. i went to a corporate store that was going to charge me $50 for a replacement, i tried to go through insureance and they were going to charge me $50, i went to an non-corp store that is authorized to do repairs and they ordered a replacement phone for me on the spot for free and it will be here in 3 days. he said it's because he can bill sprint for it.
