I do know that my Motorola h700 bluetooth charges with my HTC charger, but it looks like the ic902 mini-usb port is proprietary because it's a lot thinner than a standard mini-usb. In essence, that tells me that it's not possible to get a charger that'll work on both...BUT...here's a cheap OEM car charger that I found on ebay that looks really nice for your ic902:
