the only thing is right now, good luck on finding a store that has one in stock to exchange. there is a back order on these touch pros as we have all heard. with no Pro's in stock at stores, you'll just have to wait till they get some in.

Do you see any problems with me exchanging at Best Buy considering I have a noticeable chip of chrome missing from my phone(assuming there are any in stock)?
I am having other problems with my pro I won't get into now (if it was just the chrome defect I wouldn't even bother exchanging the phone) and emailed Sprint and they said to take it to Best Buy because I got it there.
