You have to hold down the
RED End Key (to the right on the device, to hang up/power off).
That turns off the Cell radio. Then hold it down again and it turns it back on. You'll see the
Yellow Sprint screen both times and a little chime.
If you don't do that step, you'll
never get it to work!
Hard Reset: Take off batter cover and while holding down the RED END key, Insert the stylus into the reset hold. The follow directions on the screen.
Obviously a hard-reset delete ALL information from the phone except what it came with e.g. this sets it back to out-of-the box. So make sure you backup or you'll loose everything.
