Basic steps:
-DL the newest Kitchen
ftp://ppcgeeks:ezupload@up.ppcgeeks....Kitchen_R2.rar
-Extract somewhere on your disk
-DL my CreateOS.bat patch

-Extract into kitchen folder
-Run BuildOS.exe in Kitchen folder
-Tick off a theme, and an appropriate Carrier
-Untick things you don't want (i.e. the OEMs, maybe some others but take care)
-Press green play button, wait to completion
-Run CreateROM.bat in Kitchen folder
-Follow instructions provided as you go
