Re: $$#$#@

Yea my 6800 has lasted me quite well in the past few months. I have one of the newer revisions that have the slight purple tinge on the metal part around the screen. I've dropped this countless times and have the scars on the corners to prove it. Some of them were really hard falls on concrete, where the battery, stylus and cover explode every which way, but it still functioned absolutely fine. While my sync sometimes disconnect if I move the phone I don't sync all that often, and when I do I don't really need to move the phone anyway. All in all I'm very impressed with the build quality of the phone. Not only that but the firmware/bootloader is extremely robust, I've flashed a many number of ROMs and I've had some fail in the middle, but as long as you know what you're doing it seems like almost all the problems are fixable.

The only major problem I've had with the phone is the weird multiple keyboard press issue where it keeps on double typing letters. I installed the keyfix, but for some reason it just makes it like i have to press harder for the keys to register now. I'm afraid of swapping it in now, because of all the problems I hear about the refurbs.
