Huh?? One day are you kidding me? And that's the holy grail that the other bad-build-date owners are hoping to get??? That's absurd.
As it is mine can't make through an 8 hour work day. By 2pm it's crapped out. That's just not acceptable. So now I have to go do registry hacks to try and get another hour or two? Which brings me to the last part. Another big part of the problem is Windows Mobile. It's clear that sometime during the transition from NT to XP to Vista Microsoft stopped communicating internally in any sensible manner. This carried over to WM also, as it is such a hodge podge mess.

I tend to think that much more people here have the battery/heat issue, but don't get the phone to the "sweet spot," (or bitter spot, mind you,) that triggers the "drain loop," on the battery.
It's clearly a problem with the radio--whether that can be fixed with a ROM update remains to be seen.
Does anyone know if the GSM version had all these problems? Sprint/HTC has no excuse here, because even IF the other version has these issues, they had PLENTY of time to fix them...
Touch Pro HD!
on a serious note: I wonder if we can somewhat solve the battery-residual-radio-heat problem by putting foil between the battery and phone (not between the cover and battery.)
Maybe not foil, but some sort of insulator that will keep the battery from reaching that critical shutdown point... any thoughts?
