Vibration works fine for me in teeter both when hitting walls, and dropping into holes. I also found the speed is identical in 3.1 to 3.0, very snappy
One thing I did notice is that I had to go into the options in Opera to set it to automatically go full screen (before changing settings, top and bottom bars wouldn't disappear), not a big deal.
