I have a HTC Diamond from TMN (Portuguese cell phone operator -
www.tmn.pt).
I've tried several firmwares in this site, but for some reason not a single one is booted in my HTC Diamond.
I've tried:
* nueRomCDMA - 132
* MSR 2.3
* Juicy 3.0
In HTC support page there's a special firmware for TMN customers in their site, and that managed me to get my HTC back to working conditions (and it's great to have the Power+Voldown to flash a firmware without a booting device).
I don't know what is the hardware difference in this HTC Diamond provided by TMN... I really wanted my software in English instead of stupid Portuguese language (for PT Readers: sim, e eu sou Português... Só que eu gosto de software em Inglês).
Being a software developer myself, I can provide more information (and/or snapshots) so we can find out exactly what makes these roms unbotable in this 'special' Diamond for TMN.
Just to be clear... I don't see anything different in the specifications for this diamond... FM Radio, GPS, HSDA, 640x480, G-Accelerator, 3.0 MPix cam + VGA conference cam, 4GB Internal storage, etc... it's all there...
I can provide the original firmware from HTC to whoever is interested in helping me out (just PM me)
