Basically, you need to give Sprint a message. That message is to keep exchanging your phone until you get one that works right. If more and more people do this, they will FIX THE PROBLEM. If the majority of fanboys here keep the phone, and make workarounds/etc, then Sprint/HTC gets away with this, and they will do it again.

I never owned a Mogul, but from what I can tell, that MAJORLY screwed up with the RAM. HTC also got away with putting crap screens in a majority of their Touchs, and most people either didn't know that a good screen existed, or they didn't care enough to get it swapped out. A mentality like that is exactly what HTC/Sprint wants. The lazy/uniformed/fanboy customer. They can dish out this crap all day long, and not have any negative effects.

Brilliant, HTC. Just brilliant.
