Seriously...I forgot to post this question lol. Normally what Id is wait for the other person to hang up then It will switch back auto after some time. Id like to do it instantly after the talkin to the person.

Also 3 way calling, I did it by calling another number while talking to someone else and they both connected auto, but is there a way to do it manually? Sometimes it takes a while for it to kick in auto
