I worked at a VZW store when i was in college, as a greeter, and I knew more about what was going on, than anybody else there.
Don't believe anything you hear in a VZW store, or from a VZW rep, unless it pertains to something really basic. The reality is that any information you read here is better than stuff you get from VZW employees.
