any reason why this hold hasn't matriculated down to tech support? Because emphatically on every occasion it was no we cannot add the esn to our system. Period. And in that case, since about 90% of tech support has said that this week (while surprisingly two other techs said it can be added even if it is a sprint phone two weeks ago) the only recourse is sending my phone in to verizon wireless?
