Re: Update: TP heats up, then battery drains, even while on charger.
Just called Sprint and they said for this EXACT same problem and they said my phone was defective, they offered to send me a new one but then said all touch pros were on back order and offered me any other phone I wanted instead. So I told them to notate my account and said I would be calling back soon enough to check when these new batch of phones were available - I have 30 days to do this. Hopefully the new batch of phones wont have this problem. Anyhow, that's the story as it goes.
