I guess if you make it large enough and a program doesn't need the full 48mb then in a sense it's considered dynamic but still, you have a set value...how can it be considered dynamic? Unless I am missing something.....

All I did was set it to is what was posted to be dynamic. Dynamic to me myself means memory should physically change on demand. It does not move on the device. So who knows. My total memory on my TP is 143.02 with my PP change and the device is the quickest I have seen to date for the TP.
