FWIW, there are still all kinds of possibilities for this ban....there could be a presidential veto, a court could issue a stay, the companies could settle or there could be a work around developed (though testing could take a while). Only time will tell...

Well written.
My thoughts are that the devices are here and have already been here for some time due to the need to flash them for WM6.
