From what I'm reading here is that some people are totally happy with the way 3.0 is and can live with it for a few months without reflashing to another ROM.....but the YouTube audio bug is not making it possible to stay with 3.0 for many (same as the long press rotate screen bug in 2.7).
If 3.0 were released with just the "Fixed Media Errors (YouTube/Streaming Media/WMP/etc.)" that is now included in 3.1 (in development) some could consider 3.0 stable enough to stay with for awhile.
