The performance that they say you increase is from your processor, this program claims to overclock your processor which what I'm telling you is not possible yet. People are working on it but even they say that qualcomm chipsets are not able or even suppose to be overclocked...Do a search this discussion has been had and I was on your side of it in the beginning then I began to research for myself and found out as you will also...Sorry if my answer doesn't hit the technical side enough for you but like I said I've argued this point before from your side now I am a firm believer it does not work.
