Why don't you try backing up your info and attempting a hard reset, if the problem is still there then maybe you should try flashing a new ROM...

Before you do any of this go to the thread where you got this ROM and ask OMJ if he has had any problems like this or if its a known bug, if its known he may have a fix. But if its isolated to just you maybe your phone is damaged or you have installed something that doesn't agree with your set-up...
