I got two for free without contract renewals. I actually ordered two other phones for my outside sales reps (they are fairly retarded as it is, no need to send them a phone "above" them) and they sent me two Diamonds instead. I called my rep and complained and got the two other phones shipped.

He said to keep the Diamonds to make up for the delay and frustration.

That makes two free Diamonds, two free BT headsets, one BT car kit and three extra Diamond batteries for free in 6 months. I feel like I am doing alright, all in all...
