Go download the nueSPL from here:

Then transfer it to your phone via USB on a SD card and then open it up from the file explorer from the phone and then follow the steps and FORMAT your current SD card and then re-load the Upgrade File and then hit POWER & CAMERA & RESET Button at the same time and getting them info Bootloader and it should detect the RADIO Upgrade file.
