For those that want to try the FM Radio without headphones, change this key(someone else posted it but I couldn't find who, sorry)

Mine adjusts the volume, so maybe try soft resetting or if you have the extras ROM, use DiamondTweak and change the Volume Control/Control Type from Standard WM to HTC Touch Volume
