I will continue to replace the Mogul, as I suggest everyone else should do, until they upgrade us with the TouchPro as they have already done for some.

My first ppc phone was the 6700. After a year and 6 refurbs later, my local store manager exchanged the 6700 no questins asked for a mogul. I had the mogul about 1wk before I noticed problems. I contacted ecare and explained everything. They told me to go back to the store and tell the manager that I could exchange it for a HTC Diamond. I took a copy of the email from ecare with me as proof. The store manager refused and said he could not. I asked for the email of the regional manager and explained if ecare promised something then he was going to stand by that. After waiting an hour I went home with a new Diamond.

I had the diamond for about a day until I noticed a problem with raised buttons and battery overheating. I took it back to the store and the manager told me they were all like that and to contact the insurance. I explained I paid $7 a mont for TEP on three lines. For $21 a month times 12 months equals $250 a year and I expect him to exchange it on the spot for another diamond under the insurance. After waiting for a tech to do nothing I walk out with another diamond.

If other like me pay $299 for a phone and then another $250 a year for insurance for two years, we paided in the end $799 for our phones after two years. I think for money like that we should get better customer service.

To make a long story short just keep doing the exchange until they run out or try another store. Might try asking for the email of a regional manager. For some reason they dont want to give it out.

Good luck.
