Re: Problem with Sprint Picture Mail

Okay people, so after MANY calls to Sprint customer service, I finally have my picture mail working perfectly and sending and receiving in merely a minute or so rather than hours. I have made calls to Sprint and had them reprovision my data, plan, etc... They had me change settings, clear cookies, internet history, cache, etc. Nothing worked. This one setting finally seemed to work and now all is well.....I have the HTC Touch Pro so if you have the same problem, go into Camera->Advanced->Quality. This MUST be set to BASIC! After hours and hours of painstaking try's it is the only way to send your picture mail to other companies. Verizon limits their incoming photo's to 500kb. AT&T limited to 300kb. If your pictures are over this size, your wasting your and they may go through, but the other person will most likely not get them or get them hours or days later. I have found this to be working flawlessly now after changing that one setting. Please post if this worked for you!
