Which ROM are you using? I am using the new Helmi_C's R3 ROM and before that I was using Kervin's Clean and Simple for Sprint ROM. I know I am having a problem with Helmi's ROM and I am pretty sure I was having the problem with Kervin's ROM too.
But then again, it could just be the new beta that we are using.
