I stepped through all 9 pages and they are all there. I also compared the modified keyboard w/ my unmodified Diamond, and they appear the same.
Perhaps uninstall and reinstall?

yeah, i'm using Full QWERTY but i only have 8 pages to choose from. i reinstalled and still the same. weird...
