Yes, but I don't know which one would have killed it. I will try reapplying the option in Diamond Tweak even though it is already enabled to see if it helps.
edit:
Was enabled in Diamond Tweak but was Disabled in Advanced Config > Light Sensor > Light Sensor Polling
Also you can adjust the time for it to turn off under this option.
